Arranged by this website Koryuen, Koryuen Book Fair offered publications on netsuke and inro for sale.
The 3rd Fair was held at Gallery Tanaka in Ginza, Tokyo, from June 29 – July 4, 2021, on the occasion of the “World of Netsuke” show.
Many of the items, rarely found in the market, were sold at reasonable prices. My book Netsuke (in Japanese) with autographs of my father Ryushi and me were also available.
The Fair ended with success, as sixteen items were sold despite the fact that the Fair and netsuke show had fewer customers than usual due to the virus situation and several days of rain.
I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to the gallery owner, Mr. and Mrs. Tanaka for their efforts and to those who came to the Fair!
