[Exhibition / Kyoto] Bedazzling Sword Fittings of the Ishiguro School

This is a comprehensive exhibition of sword fittings produced by the Ishiguro-school artisans who had a number of followers during the second half to the end of the Edo period.

Note: This is not a netsuke exhibition, but is mentioned here as related to netsuke. On the first floor of the museum is a display of artistic crafts from the late Edo and the Meiji periods, including netsuke, inro, and sword fittings.
